Wonder Cotton Candy will do everything in our power to provide you with the best experience and quality products.

Sometimes things happen that are outside of our control and yours. We have a 24 hour cancelation window so that if you party gets canceled or your budget gets cut we can both scramble to make the best of things. We hope that is a generous window. Any cancelations after 24 hours prior to your event will result in the loss of your deposit.

We hope our car never breaks down or our machines need repair but sometimes disaster strikes. Should we be the ones having to cancel, you will be refunded in full.

There will be no returns of product after serving as we can’t turn cotton candy back into sugar but if you aren’t satisfied we will gladly accept your feed back in order to improve our process, procedures and or product.
